Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) is a major acute general hospital and the flagship hospital in the Kowloon West Cluster., with1,475 beds and around 3,950 staff. The Preliminary Concept Plan for PMH is a 20 year plan that considers a staged design and physical reconfiguration of the hospital with an aim to increasing overall area, maintaining an operational hospital on site at all times, improving efficiency of clinical operations and workflow and enhancing patient experience.
