AD+RG聯同香港中文大學建築學院社區參與研究組為由香港市區重建局及油尖旺區議會主導之「油尖旺市區更新地區願景研究」擔任專業顧問，於2月27日進行地區研究工作坊，報告初步願景及意見整合再收集地區人士對有關項目的四大策略﹕保育、重建、復修及活化的意見，有助未來在本區進行市區更新工作時之參考。
AD+RG in collaboration with the School of Architecture Community Participation Unit (CPU) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong appointed by the Urban Renewal Authority and the Yau Tsim Mong (YTM) District Council for the YTM District Aspirations Study. The District Aspiration Study Visionary Workshop was held on 27 Feb 2010 to report the preliminary result of the study and local’s view, and seek further feedback from the locals: preservation, redevelopment, rehabilitation and revitalization of Yau Tsim Mong area. Ideas raised during discussion could contribute to the future urban planning consideration.

林雲峰總監獲邀於三月三日出席由香港建築師學會、香港園藝師學會、香港會計師協會及三十會協辦的「公眾對城市規劃的參與」論壇。其他嘉賓包括時事評論員劉秀成議員及Roundtable Community總幹事林輝先生。
Principal Bernard Lim was invited to be one of the speakers for the Public Participation in Planning Process forum, organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects, Hong Kong Young Accountants Association and Roundtable Society, which will be held on 3 March 2010. Other speakers include Legislative Councillor Hon. Patrick Lau and Director of Roundtable Community Mr. Lam Fai.

林雲峰總監及劉天行助理總監獲邀於二月四日出席由香港建築師學會舉辦的環境及可持續設計講座，分享香港專上學院（紅磡灣校園）的環保設計及垂直綠化研究。
Principal Bernard Lim and Assistant Principal Peter Lau were invited to be speakers for the Environment and Sustainable Design Seminar organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects on 4 February 2010, to share the environmental design for the Hong Kong Community College (Hung Hom Campus) as well as the vertical greening research study.

林雲峰總監於2010年2月3日接受世界自然基金會及路訊通合辦節目《救亡16度Part 2》錄影訪問，分享香港專上學院－紅磡灣校園的環保設計。訪問內容將於2010年3月至8月於全港巴士路訊通播放。
Principal Bernard V. Lim was interviewed in “Rescue 16 ℃ Part 2”, a TV programme jointly produced by World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and KMB Roadshow, to explain the environmental design of the Hong Kong Community College (Hung Hom Bay Campus). The programme will be released on Roadshow TV on all the buses in Hong Kong from March to August 2010.

作為由香港建築師學會、香港規劃師學會及香港測量師學會聯合主辦的「李小龍故居概念設計比賽」專業顧問，林雲峰總監及協理總監何崇鈞於2010年1月23日出席「李小龍故居概念設計比賽 — 頒獎典禮暨展覽開幕儀式」。林總監致詞講解設計比賽的宗旨及流程，並闡釋各國參加者的高水準作品及對比賽的支持。
As the Professional Advisor for “Ideas Competition for Bruce Lee's Residence”, jointly organized by The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, The Hong Kong Institute of Planners and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, Principal Bernard V. Lim and Associate S. K. Ho attended the “Ideas Competition for Bruce Lee's Residence – Price Presentation cum Exhibition Opening Ceremony” on 23 January 2010. Principal Lim explained the aims and organization of the competition as well as accounted the high quality works from all participants and support to the event.

AD+RG於2010年1月17日參與由香港青年旅舍協會及昂坪360聯合舉辦的「昂步棧道2010」慈善步行，支持提高環境保護意識、推廣文化交流及全人發展的活動宗旨。
AD+RG joined the Ngong Ping Charity Walk jointly organized by Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association and Ngong Ping 360 on 17 January 2010. AD+RG supported the event which aims to raise the awareness of the public on the importance of the preservation of natural environment, and promote cultural exchange and youth development.
