AD+RG 榮獲 BCI 亞洲 2010 年香港十大最傑出建築設計公司獎項
暨 FuturArc Prize 2010 獎項
AD+RG 連續兩年 榮獲 BCI 「香港 十大 最傑出建築設計公司獎項」，表揚設計理念及傑出的建築成就。
這個獎項自 2005 年設立以來，已成為東南亞及香港區一年一度的業界盛事，分別於 7 大主要亞洲城市 — 香港、曼谷、胡志明市、雅加達、吉隆坡、馬尼拉及新加坡選出 10 家最活躍以及工程項目總造價最高的建築設計公司，表揚他們對建築業界及環境所作出的卓越貢獻。
林雲峰總監、陳智星總監、黃首健總監、何崇鈞助理總監、陳興文協理總監及葉兆和項目總監獲邀於 2010 年 6 月 2 日出席建築媒體 BCI Asia 集團在香港 W 酒店舉行的「香港十大建築設計公司獎 2010 頒獎典禮」，接受大會頒發是次殊榮。
另外，市區重建局 海壇街 ╱ 桂林街及北河街重建住宅項目於 FuturArc Prize 2010 榮獲 Citation Award ，主題為可持續發展住宅設計。

AD+RG has been awarded “BCI Asia Top 10 Architect” in two consecutive years 2009 & 2010, in recognition of corporate design concepts and contributions to the architectural profession.
Since 2005, the “BCI Asia Top 10 Architect Awards” is an annual highlight in the building industry, bestowed at exclusive events in key Asian cities like Hong Kong, Bangkok , Ho Chi Minh City , Jakarta , Kuala Lumpur , Manila and Singapore . The Award identifies “Top 10 Most-Significant Architecture Firms” with the largest active portfolios and highest value of their design reported over an annual qualification period so as to recognize their brilliant contributions to the architectural profession and the environment.
Principal Bernard V. Lim JP, Principal S. K. Wong, Principal Rex Chan, Assistant Principal S. K. Ho, Associate Gordon Chan and Project Director Kurt Ip were invited to the “Top 10 Architect Awards 2010 Award Presentation Ceremony” organized by BCI Asia at the W Hotel of Hong Kong on 2 June 2010. Also, Residential project “ Hai Tan Street / Kwelin Street and Pei Ho Street Redevelopment Scheme” for the Urban Renewal Authority was awarded the Citation Award in the professional category of FuturArc Prize 2010, on the theme of sustainable residential design.

陳智星總監於 7 月 6 日 獲邀出席香港綠色建築議會及香港環保建築協會舉辦之綠建專才頒獎典禮。是日活動還展出了首項榮獲香港環保建築協會評估為公共建築類別之白金級作品－香港專上學院 ( 紅磡灣校園 )

was invited to the BEAM Pro Certificate Presentation Ceremony organized by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and BEAM Society on 6 July 2010. The first institutional building achieved BEAM Platinum – Hong Kong Community College (Hung Hom Campus) designed by AD+RG was displayed at the exhibition of the ceremony.

林雲峰總監擔任香港可持續發展委員會－優化建築設計締造可持續建築環境支援小組召集人，於6月25日與委員會主席陳智思出席新聞發佈會向政府提交「優化建築設計 締造可持續建築環境」社會參與過程報告書，並於6月27日出席商業電台「政好星期天」節目就報告內容作出講解。
Principal Bernard Lim as the Convenor of the Support Group on Building Design to Foster a Quality and Sustainable Built Environment of the Council for Sustainable Development, spoke and submitted its report, with the Chairman of the Council for Sustainable Development Mr. Bernard Chan GBS JP, on the public engagement process on Building Design to Foster a Quality and Sustainable Built Environment to the Government on 25 June 2010. Lim and Chan were invited to be the guest speakers at the Commercial Radio Broadcast on 27 June 2010 to explain the recommendations.

林雲峰總監獲邀於6月19至21日出席由住房城鄉建設部與發展局合辦的「2010內地與香港建築業論壇．福州」，以「高密度城巿之綠色建築規劃與設計」為題講解綠色城市規劃及建築設計如何展現出香港可持續城市的發展方向，並參與福州綠色建築項目考察。
Principal Bernard Lim was invited to be the speaker for the “Mainland and Hong Kong Construction Industry Forum 2010 – Sustainable Urban Form: Green Building and Low Carbon City” at Fuzhou, jointly organized by the Development Bureau and Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. Using “Green Architecture and Design for High Density City” as the theme, Lim explained how urban design and architectural design reflect Hong Kong as a sustainable city.

林雲峰總監擔任創會會長之香港城市設計學會於6月17日假香港外國記者會舉行成立典禮，並邀得香港發展局局長林鄭月娥太平紳士為主禮嘉賓。香港城市設計學會的成立將會為城市設計專業人仕提供專業認可資格，提升城市設計的重要性之餘，亦為內地以及世界各地的城市設計師提供一個交流平台。
As the Founding President of the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD), Principal Bernard Lim attended the Launch Reception on 17 June 2010 at the Foreign Correspondents' Club with Mrs. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-Ngor JP, Secretary for Development of HKSAR as the Guest of Honour. The establishment of the Institute aims to promote urban design excellence in education, research and practice; establish professional qualifications for urban designers and to create a platform for information sharing on urban design issues in Hong Kong and the region.

Lim was invited to be one of the speakers for the Hong Kong Hospital Authority Convention 2010 on 11 May 2010, on the topic “Rethinking Hong Kong’s Hospital Design – From Clinical Services Plan to Master Development Plan”, to explain the process of translating clinical service plans into master development plan and elaborate on some of the new trends in hospital design and how to interpret the needs of the end-users.

AD+RG聯同香港中文大學建築學院社區參與研究組為由香港市區重建局及油尖旺區議會主導之「油尖旺市區更新地區願景研究」擔任專業顧問，於3月16日進行地區研究研討會，向該區議員報告初步願景及意見整合，以及討論有關項目的四大策略﹕保育、重建、復修及活化。各議員提出很了寶貴的意見，有助未來在該區進行市區更新工作時之參考。
AD+RG in collaboration with the School of Architecture Community Participation Unit (CPU) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong were appointed by the Urban Renewal Authority and the Yau Tsim Mong (YTM) District Council for the YTM District Aspirations Study. Discussion was held on 16 Mar 2010 to report the preliminary results of the study and local’s views, to the district councilors on the preservation, redevelopment, rehabilitation and revitalization of Yau Tsim Mong area.

The District Aspiration Study Visionary Workshop was held on 27 Feb 2010 to report the preliminary result of the study and local’s view, and seek further feedback from the locals: preservation, redevelopment, rehabilitation and revitalization of Yau Tsim Mong area. Ideas raised during discussion could contribute to the future urban planning consideration.

Principal Bernard V. Lim was interviewed in “Rescue 16 ℃ Part 2”, a TV programme jointly produced by World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and KMB Roadshow, to explain the environmental design of the Hong Kong Community College (Hung Hom Bay Campus). The programme will be released on Roadshow TV on all the buses in Hong Kong from March to August 2010.

AD+RG於2010年1月17日參與由香港青年旅舍協會及昂坪360聯合舉辦的「昂步棧道2010」慈善步行，支持提高環境保護意識、推廣文化交流及全人發展的活動宗旨。
AD+RG joined the Ngong Ping Charity Walk jointly organized by Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association and Ngong Ping 360 on 17 January 2010. AD+RG supported the event which aims to raise the awareness of the public on the importance of the preservation of natural environment, and promote cultural exchange and youth development.
